The City Weekly newspaper has long been known for providing Salt Lake City with news, reviews and stories for the “alternative” side of SLC — you know, those of us who drink and swear.

City Weekly recently debuted a quarterly magazine focused primarily on the culinary side of Salt Lake City, called Devour.  I’m proud to announce that I’ve been a part of two issues of Devour magazine, writing an article about healthy appetizers in its February issue and writing about great salads around the city in its most recent issue. (Yes, sometimes I actually eat healthy food!)

Devour magazine can be found throughout Salt Lake City at coffee shops, grocery stores and markets.  (Harmon’s, Caputo’s and Smith’s are my go to for Devour.)  Not only is it full of great stories centered around a specific theme written by some amazing writers, it’s packed with drool-worthy food photos pretty enough to lick the page.
